If it doesn't feel right, here is how it works.

The Lace Wheel Cover

Return it unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage is paid by you unless it arrived faulty or wrong.

The Mortelle Set

For hygiene, lingerie can be returned only unworn, with the liner and every tag still attached, within 14 days of delivery. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.

Faulty or wrong items

Email us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including postage, and you send nothing back.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything before we reply.

When you're refunded

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
