Orders
When you place an order you pay in full at checkout. We email a confirmation and, when it ships, a tracking link.
Pre-orders
A pre-order reserves your set in the next production run. The dispatch date is an estimate; if we can't meet it we tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Product images
Our photos show the real pieces as closely as we can. Lace and mesh are cut by hand, so the pattern can sit slightly differently from piece to piece.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our checkout partner. Your statement shows the merchant as MORTELLE.
