Free tracked shipping on every order, worldwide.

The Lace Wheel Cover

Ships within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

The Mortelle Set (pre-order)

Each set is made in a small run and ships when the run is finished. We email your dispatch date as soon as it is set, and if a date moves we tell you straight away and offer a full refund.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email once the carrier has your parcel. It can take a day or two to show movement.

Duties and taxes

Any import taxes for your country are shown at checkout or charged by your carrier, depending on where you live.

Shipping Protection

Add Shipping Protection (US$4.99) at checkout and if your parcel is lost, stolen after delivery or arrives damaged, we send a replacement free. Email us with your order number within 30 days of the delivery date.

Lost or late parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us. We chase the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or refund.
